welcome to pop-up stage rentals, charlotte!

We make staging, sound, and lighting easier for real events. We’ve built an AV / Event Production solution that is fast, compact, and affordable that allows us to reasonably support small - medium sized events.

We started this business after years of producing our own events and repeatedly running into the same problem in Charlotte. AV production options were either DIY and unreliable, or overly complex and overpriced for most venues and organizers. We built Pop-Up Stage Rentals to sit in the middle; offering professional, scalable AV packages that are easy to book, quick to deploy, and sized correctly for everyday events.

  • Absolutely. Most clients choose bundled packages for better pricing and a cleaner setup. Custom packages are also available based on your event needs

  • Yes. We support both indoor and outdoor events. Power solutions and weather-appropriate setups are available when needed.
